# How to add King Linked Options app embed block to a theme

First, navigate to the King Linked Options settings page, **Apps > King Linked Options > Settings**

Second, choose the theme you wish to add the app block to. The system will automatically check if the app block has already been added to the theme. If it hasn't, you'll see a button to add it, Click the "Add app block to theme" button to go to the Shopify theme editor

Lastly, don't forget to click the Save button in the upper right corner

Go back to the King Linked Options settings page and click "**Detect again**"

We see that the app block has been successfully added to the theme
